Question: Will the HOA still be in place?
Answer: Yes, the HOA will still be under the same governing documents and owners are still required to pay monthly HOA dues.
Question: Will the HOA switch over to City Trash?
Answer: The HOA will continue using Papillion Sanitation.
Question: Will the HOA still provide lawn care, snow removal, and exterior painting?
Answer: Yes, the HOA will continue services as outlined in the governing documents which includes lawn care, snow removal, exterior painting, and sprinkler maintenance.
Question: Who will maintain the streets after annexation?
Answer: The City of Omaha will be responsible for all street maintenance after the Annexation.
